We arrived late in the evening so all of our interactions were miming through a thick glass window. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower didn’t work very well- the tub faucet ran the whole time so stood ankle deep in water. The shower nozzle only came out in a tight stream but the water was hot and towels were clean. The WiFi is good. This motel is good enough if you just need a bed off I40 for the night.
The young man who greeted me was incredibly kind and helpful, even to my service pup. I was exhausted, just needed a shower and some rest, and he got me into my room quickly. He even set me up with more than I asked for, which I truly appreciated. I was genuinely impressed with my stay. The room was spotless, beautifully styled, and extremely comfortable. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were great, Dated but a good place. When we entered our room at 9:30 pm there was an odor elimination machine running in there, we weren't bothered because we didn't notice any odor and it created white noise. We quickly got to bed because we were leaving at 3am. At 11:10 pm the room phone rang and woke us up followed by a knock on the door and another louder knock.
