The young man who greeted me was incredibly kind and helpful, even to my service pup. I was exhausted, just needed a shower and some rest, and he got me into my room quickly. He even set me up with more than I asked for, which I truly appreciated. I was genuinely impressed with my stay. The room was spotless, beautifully styled, and extremely comfortable. The room was clean and the beds and pillows were great, Dated but a good place. When we entered our room at 9:30 pm there was an odor elimination machine running in there, we weren't bothered because we didn't notice any odor and it created white noise. We quickly got to bed because we were leaving at 3am. At 11:10 pm the room phone rang and woke us up followed by a knock on the door and another louder knock. Never give these people your money! NEVER!!! What a disgusting horrible experience!!! We're traveling cross-country and got in late, so we asked for just a little more time. As I am trying to muster up the courage to get into the most disgusting shower even by motel standards .. and we travel a lot... this was DISGUSTING... hair and other nasty particles as I turned on the water...
