I recently went to Colonial Home Loans to refinance my mobile home. Both Rose and John were thorough, professional, respectful, courteous in every way that made the entire process easy and without hitches. From application to funding it only took about 6 weeks, which was a lot quicker than I expected. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I received a pre-approval letter fairly easily, but then when I asked for information about the application I was told that he couldn't hold my hand and that I should go elsewhere for my financing needs.
