Nice and quiet neighborhood
Avoid at All Costs! I’ve lived in this complex for a while, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The apartments are in terrible condition, with little to no maintenance being done. The washers and dryers are constantly broken—good luck ever getting your laundry done here. It’s not even the maintenance guy’s fault; the blame lies squarely with the management. If you are looking for a new home to rent or buy? Just keep on looking. Their management company is not only unprofessional, but they never take care of anything. They are swift to charge a management fee, but they'll take an eternity when having to take care of your issue. I had an issue with possible vandalism with my car. I asked if they could review the cameras. That was a month ago from writing this review. They place covers on the air conditioners to protect us from the cold temperature. If i can give this a 0 star I would. Do NOT ever buy or rent from this complex I promise you you will be miserable and it is not even worth a penny of yours. Also do not park on the side of the road for unloading groceries. You will get a nice big sticker on your car that will take a lot to take off. I had to go pay to get it taken care of. Lek damaged my car. Stay far away from this place if you can.
