satisfaction guaranteed to disappoint – "My satisfaction was guaranteed" it said in their advertising, but nothing was ever less true. The deliverers came at THEIR convenience, not at my scheduled time. They asked my husband to sign a waiver releasing THEM from responsibility should THEY mess up my expensive leather living room set. I called our sales person...she hung up on me. I left messages for the owner; I wrote the owner, no response from the owner...ever!!! RUN...do not walk out of their store

The BEST – I personally LOVE Colonial Heights furniture. Contrary to what other people say, the service is quite nice, and the furniture is is great shape and sold at reasonable prices. I have met the owner, and what a great man he is! So nice and quite the gentleman! If I would ever recomend a place to buy furniture at, and I'm very picky, I would defiantly recomend Colonial Heights!!!!!! :)

The worst – Was buying a 4 piece hardwood office set for over $2500. Had to wait 4 weeks for them to "get it". Once it arrived, the desk was damaged. They said they would put a top on it, and I told them I didnt want a "rebuilt" desk for the "new" price I was paying. They refused to waiver, and when I asked about getting a refund, the very rude women of the phone said I was bound by contract, and started rubbing the "fine print" in my face.
