Sales needs to know thourough knowledge about when the houses are been completed. Shouldn’t give purchaser unimaginable dates of completion. Must be 200% accurate in giving out information about completion dates. Basically, communication is the key. Plus, the agent should take the customer side, not the side of the manufacturer. This is very important at the end of the day. Customer is the king.
I highly recommend D R Horton if you're looking for a new house.Robin went above and beyond her duties to make sure we could see the house when we had the time. Meko made sure everything was right with the house. I would recommend them to anyone buying a new house.
