I've been at the Steubenville/Wintersville location for about 2 years now. I honestly like living here. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. The yards are well maintained by the residents. Whenever I've had an issue with my trailer, the management got men out here right away. They are polite, courteous, and have explained what course of action they took to correct the problem. I would fully endorse anyone looking for a safe, clean environment to live in, to check out community out.
We have been here since 8/1/2025. Are very pleased with the maintenance and response about any questions or problems. They send their maintenance team right away if you need any repairs. Also they are very pleasant. No problems at all. Size of the homes are great too!
Property manager was really sweet however the owner discriminates against those with disabilities and they think they are above the FHA and the ADA when it comes to people having more than one service animal. It’s utterly disgusting to see that there are in fact people in this world like this who don’t consider the fact that maybe more than one person within a household needs the assistance of a service animal.
