Wouldn't recommend for boiler service. Instead of brushing my boiler sections out they just wanted to replace it. I ended up brushing it out my self.
Came out for a DTE warranty repair. Said he had to order a cheap part and he would have to come back when it came in. A week later I heard nothing so I tried to call. They dont answer so you have to text with someone. Then they think I am another customer , an then they tell me my diswasher was condemed when they were at the house but it wasnt. then they tell me to call the office but no one answers. what a joke. a week later they dont have a clue and my diswasher is still broken
Great experience with Colonial! Matt, Josh, Steve, Eddie, and Sara were instrumental in handling my HVAC and plumbing issues! Highly recommend!
