My mom's AC wasn't working, and I called Colonial Heating and Cooling. The next morning, Jessie was at my mom's and had it fixed within a half hour! He has been here before to perform yearly maintenance on her furnace and on her AC. We also ask for him for those same services at our home. Any service call we've had to Colonial, we've asked for Jessie - he is knowledgeable, efficient, and explains the process. Five stars for Jessie and for Colonial!
Amazing company. Seriously one of the best I have had the pleasure working with. I initially met them through a friend and had them out for my dryer. Then my furnace went to start this winter and I called them. They were able to come out the next day and they had the parts to fix it on there truck. They were able to get me up and running that night. I was also impressed I figured the bill would be thousands of dollars and it was under $500 which was a pleasant surprise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ‼️ DO NOT RECOMMEND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️ No Communication, if you have an appointment with them they will skip over your appointment day & time & just pop up at your home any given day or time & expect you to be up & ready for them. This has happened each time I’ve had to deal with theses people. They never keep the original appointment time or date & in the process of they don’t keep the customer informed at all. Wouldn't recommend for boiler service. Instead of brushing my boiler sections out they just wanted to replace it. I ended up brushing it out my self.
