Amazing company. Seriously one of the best I have had the pleasure working with. I initially met them through a friend and had them out for my dryer. Then my furnace went to start this winter and I called them. They were able to come out the next day and they had the parts to fix it on there truck. They were able to get me up and running that night. I was also impressed I figured the bill would be thousands of dollars and it was under $500 which was a pleasant surprise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ‼️ DO NOT RECOMMEND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️ No Communication, if you have an appointment with them they will skip over your appointment day & time & just pop up at your home any given day or time & expect you to be up & ready for them. Wouldn't recommend for boiler service. Instead of brushing my boiler sections out they just wanted to replace it. I ended up brushing it out my self.
Came out for a DTE warranty repair. Said he had to order a cheap part and he would have to come back when it came in. A week later I heard nothing so I tried to call. They dont answer so you have to text with someone. Then they think I am another customer , an then they tell me my diswasher was condemed when they were at the house but it wasnt. then they tell me to call the office but no one answers. what a joke. a week later they dont have a clue and my diswasher is still broken
