Edit 1: 11/25 spoke with office, I truly feel bad for the office at this point. I received a 13th bill. Insurance has paid them twice, already. At this point I am moving forward with insurance fraud. Saw the “new” Dr today, for her exact words after leaving me in the wait room for 113 mins after my appt time. Walked in. Got pissed off at me. Told me to not direct my anger at her. Today I called the Camden location and finally a representative that answered my call immediately on the first ring her name is AB Russel. She is amazing and very informative. I Love my doctor there Dr. Cathy James. She responds anytime I message her and is very informative. She understands and knows her patients. The area Manager Latochia is amazing as well always check in from any visit to make sure I’m well taken care of as well as other patients. Awesome treatment.
