They tried to screw me on lawn mower repair $$$$. And their customer service sucks now. I’ve been going to this place for many years. Not any more.
RecommendedVery friendly and professional staff. I’m in there 5-10 times a week if not more some weeks and have always received great service and quality products. They have things you would never even believe that they’d carry. And if they don’t have it they can get it
Well if you wanna a mechanic that will cuss you out and threaten you in the middle of the store and an owner that will just turn his back from that and walk away then colonial hardware is definitely the place you want to go.
My friend, who is a single woman, was having problems with her mower! Colonial Hardware was suppose to fix it. First they told her it was one thing and then they turn around and tell her she needed a new motor! She told them the price sounded high! She wanted to check around. Then he wanted to sell her a brand new one! She said just bring my mower home. They did! With are the pieces in plastic totes! And dumped it out in her yard!! This is totally uncalled for. Excellent service and friendly atmosphere! I started my lawnmower on the first try!
I had to come to Colonial Hardware for help fixing my mower which I wasn't able to fix. It was a simple thing and they handled it quickly and kindly. Everyone there wanted to help. Great staff. Great price. Cant get that kind of service at Lowe's or Home Depot. Not even close. Thanks y'all!
