Exceptional customer service, and I am completely satisfied! They are always quick to resolve any inquiries and provide helpful information. I've never had to go back and forth.
I filed a claim in early September only to be still sitting here still lost at the end of October. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It’s almost impossible to deal with these people and get the assistance and info needed. If you’re seeking an insurance company that will actually assist you with what you’ve been paying for I suggest looking elsewhere.
