I did a tour this past Friday and this place was amazing just driving up to it. The community looks very clean and maintained. Jess was amazing since the beginning of the tour. We loved the apartments we toured and I am glad that we could actually see the apartments and not a model. The garden area is gorgeous and I love the location. Jess was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, she also answered all of my questions with no issues. Would recommend this place to others!
Unfortunately it’s not going to work out for me to get into my own housing at the moment, but after touring several apartments the past few weeks - I was most impressed with MAA Research Park. Even during the weekend, it was a quiet and peaceful community. When I toured several different 2nd floor apartments, there was no excessive noise from above. I love my new home is the perfect space I have everything I want. I enjoy the staff which is very friendly and very efficient. When needs are requested. Maintenance is top shelf. They are always available and always wanting to assist whatever needs are or concerns. I’m thankful and grateful. Thank you all again Sandra hill
All of the Ladies in the leasing office are great! They helped me so much with information about a studio and one bedroom apartment. They are very knowledgeable about what they have. Special thanks to Tatiana and Ashley for the tours of those properties. The area is nice!
