I have had a great experience at MAA Liberty Park over the past two years. The staff and amenities are absolutely exceptional. I usually don’t do many reviews, but wanted to recognize Nolan who works in the office. Not only did he introduce me to a great place to source furniture, but he actually called me one day when my grocery delivery arrived early. Wonderful place to live, great residents, and a very professional staff.
The word luxury being involved in the description of these apartments is an absolute joke. If luxury includes ants, cockroaches, paint splattered all over wood, disgusting bathtubs, peeling kitchen counters, and floor trim that isn't even secured to the wall, then yes they are very luxurious. They always offer for things to be fixed, but they are never actually fixed. My "new" carpet was coming up and I asked for it to be tacked down, instead of having actually carpenters come they tried to do it themselves by hammering nail... read more
A beautiful complex with comfortable, clean units. However, in the five years that I've been here, service and maintainence aren't prioritized the way they used to be. Is your water heater leaking rapidly, flooding your unit and also surrounding units? It's going to be at least a few hours until we're able to fix it. Your water is out? Oh, this was a planned outage that we failed to inform our residents about. It will only be for a "hot minute" (translation--4+ hours). The power is out again?
