This practice has a great physician (Dr. Jin Zhang), but the entire staff is the most worthless that I have ever experienced. They never answer the telephone and the office is terribly mismanaged. The office manager should be fired due to all the mismanagement.
I have recently been rendered treatment here. My condition can deteriorate quickly but the staff is incompetent so my condition gets worse. The staff does not know their left hand from their right and I have suffered relapse on several occasions. The doctors do all they can but the staff does not return messages, they do follow up with requests and do not know how to respond to any situation nor do they obtain someone who can.
