One of the worst places to work at. If I can give a 0 star, I would. Whenever you need a certain equipment, they don't have it. The entire facility has not been renovated for 40+ years so the entire facility is technologically behind. They still use paper charting so if there's a new prescription, it's all handwritten and if you are unfortunate, you can't even read the penmanship. If I have a chance to report this facility, I would.
They should close that place down .. Un human they let my dad in pain treatment was cruel.. Dad now past... idk how people could sleep at night .. Final days will come n we shall all pay..
I worked at Colonial Gardens for many years, First as a CNA when I was a kid, later returning as a staff nurse. Nothing is perfect, altho I do know that everyone works hard to meet the needs of the clients. This is not an easy job.and there are complaints about this and that. Please remember the safety of your loved one comes first, Sometimes things don't happen as quickly as you like, but everyone works together to get the job done,
