If you are looking for a place to live, keep looking. I m sure it s not the WORST place to live, but it would be in the top 10 of places to avoid. Management doesn t care anything about the people paying rent here, even though without the renters the management wouldn t have a job. The only concern they have is the money they cheat out of the renters. If you don t pay on time they charge a late fee (understandably), but if you need help of any kind (such as maintenance) they get to it when THEY want to. And that may be never... read more
This is place is suck. they said it included water but exactly we still have to pay fot the water. and the wall is so cold and water come out and wet my side of my bed.
just dont do it! some the maintenance and management just dont care how uncomfortable you are w the leaking pipes and drafty windows i dont know how many times i requested for something to be fixed and being told we cant fix it. my utility bills where putting me in debt quickly because of the drafts and cracks/gaps on windows. it is a nice location and w/ some repairs to this complex it would be an ideal place to live.
It may look good at first, but once you move in you see that the 'guts' of this place are old and ruined. The piping is ancient, water presser in the shower is low and you have to flush the toilet 15 times (thats if it doesnt clog up on the first flush) The entire apartment is drafty so the a/c or heat is all way turned on really high. Matenance responds quickly but they wont admit that there is a serious problem. They just conceal it with a patch-up job unless its so bad they cant cover it up.
