I paid Colonial Ford over $1300 to fix a starting problem in my F350. They replaced the injector module and also recommended replacing the fuel filter, which I agreed to. I broke down again soon after, and found the fuel filter had not been replaced. Now my fuel pump is bad. Colonial Ford refuses to reimburse me for the parts and labor I paid for, even though they did not replace the parts. Dan Phoenix was zero help.
