Absolutely horrible management. She tries to make new tenants pay the second they put in an application before ever signing a lease, she will also make you pay for the previous tenant because of her own negligence to make them pay! Threatened to evict us and all we had done was put in an application! This park floods severely too, neighbors threaten to harm your animals and your property and nothing is ever done properly!
