Been here for a little over a year. Rent keeps going up, been complaining about the known terrible neighbor on rose st for awhile now. I know it’s not just us who have issues with the guy. Always burning trash all hours of the night, always having a bunch of people over late at nights hacking at trees with an axe, burning garbage, burning tree branches after they rip them off late at night; garbage in our area and other neighbors areas. Absolutely horrible management. She tries to make new tenants pay the second they put in an application before ever signing a lease, she will also make you pay for the previous tenant because of her own negligence to make them pay! Threatened to evict us and all we had done was put in an application! This park floods severely too, neighbors threaten to harm your animals and your property and nothing is ever done properly!
