Had to pick up a coworker there. Roads needs plowed better
The spaces are generous, and the surroundings pristine. There’s a genuine sense of community here, coupled with proactive management. Ideally situated for both city amenities and tranquility. A standout choice for mobile living!
Needs cleaned up, and some areas flood really bad!! As a visitor to friends that live there, I feel bad for the ones that live in the flooding areas.

Wonderful park . Good people for most part . I know there trying here to make it better . They have improved the roads and hopefully it sticks but when walking i fear i see spots are sinking slowly . The bigger issue right now is the flooding . There are several mobile homes that are flooding . One of the new ones is for sale but you better get a boat you will need it.
