I’ve had a really frustrating experience living at Colonial Estates .For the amount you pay in lot rent, you’d expect at least some basic comfort and freedom, but that’s not the case here at all. The rules are extremely restrictive—no trampolines, nothing for kids to play with in the yard, and you can’t even keep normal items on your porch or outside without worrying about violations. We live in a different mobile home community owned by these low lives. We have to use the oven for heat and there's a crack in the bathtub amongst other things that we complained about over 2 years ago and they just ignore us. We'll be taking them to court.
