Dont know why my post keeps getting removed. If you like being robbed by corporate greed, move here. This park is owned by a large corporation. The management is useless. They raise the rent every year like clockwork, but can't provide basic security or even consistent running water. We lose water 3 to 6 times a month, sometimes for 8 hours straight, while we have lurkers on bikes constantly circling to steal packages. They spend more time finding new ways to charge us for parking than fixing the park. My home is being ruine... read more

My stepfather lived here from 1993 till 2023 30+ years,and the rent started piling up and we were waiting on the life insurance money that my stepdad had setup before he passed and he kept referring us to the trailerparks lawyer to take care of a back road rent but the lawyer when we called said to us in his words"why is he having you call me".& In short we got booted,even though we had the money to pay the back rent +the repairs that was needed to spruce the place up externally,I couldnt do the repairs alone,now my mom is i... read more
