Colonial Estate has some of the most spectacular views in Blount County. Farrah and her team do an amazing job of making sure everything is perfect for your event. I have done several events at Colonial Estate, and only have wonderful things to say about the place and the owners. 5 stars all the way!!!
Horrible business practices by the owners, Farrah and Matt. They just about ruined our wedding day with false promises and hidden charges. They were late to every meeting we had with them throughout the wedding planning process and had the Bride (me), Groom, and Mother of the Bride waiting outside in the cold for 30 mins a few days before the wedding - I caught a cold because of it and was sick on my wedding day. They didn't have any of the tables or chairs set up for our rehearsal even though that is the only 2 hour window ... read more
