I had nothing but a positive experience in dealing with Colonial Construction. I had them install windows on my screened in porch. Everything from the estimate to the install was done in a very professional and timely manner. I would certainly recommend Colonial for your exterior remodel projects.

20 years ago Colonial Construction installed new siding and windows. The job was done very well. In those years we have had to call them 2-3 times for minor repairs. They always come promptly and fix the problem. In this last windy storm quite a few siding pieces were damaged. Colonial came the day after we called and repaired all the damages. They did a wonderful job. We highly recommend them.

We recently had the entire **************** of our home replaced by Colonial Construction. They did an EXTREMELY good job, are professional, thorough, paid attention to detail and finished on time. They worked with our specific needs in every way. My Husband ***** and I absolutely loved working with the owner ***** , the supervisor **** and the their super efficient ( and sometimes funny :-) ) crew. We HIGHLY recommend using Colonial Construction for all your home improvement and Building needs.

Sixteen years ago, I had Colonial replace the siding on my house. They did a great job. Since then, they’ve come out at least 3 times to fix things, at no charge, that aren’t even the fault of their materials or workmanship. I can’t say enough about Colonial. It’s so rare anymore to find a company who keeps their customers so happy and satisfied.

I contacted Bret from Colonial Siding. He came by the next day and gave me an estimate for the job. The installers were able to start on the project the next week. They replaced siding, soffit, facia, and gutters. My house looks the best it has ever looked. The installers were friendly and they were careful around my landscaping. They took their time and were diligent about replacing some of the rotted original wood. I felt as though the installers were working on my place as though it was their own. Great quality work, I hired Colonial to replace all 9 windows on the front of my house. They offered "upgrades" with no up-charge. Bret and his crew were professional and left no mess behind. Price was fair-no high pressure sales tactics. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!
