I suspect Mr. Wyatt of Colonial Construction is quite competent at Demolition, but his integrity and quality of work is where I have experienced difficulties. Despite being assured I would have openings cut into my historic building that would be "window ready", I was left with substantial heavy masonry debris on my second floor and raw openings that were not close to ready for windows (See photos).
