I wrote a review in 2021 that seems to have been removed, so I'm here to put some of it back. Listen to the other comments, it's been like that for years. Sounds like it's under new ownership and it still being neglected. I had many mice in my apartment when I lived there, they live in the walls and eat away at the ithernet cable cords. Absolutely should be condemned, nobody should have to live in those conditions. Look absolutely anywhere else!
Since the day I moved in here there’s been cockroaches. I’ve asked maintenance to spray. I keep my house extremely clean. I take the trash out every night. I take the trash out every morning. I sprayed my counters down with bleach. I don’t leave any dishes in my sink, I am now tossing out my $200 microwave And $300 Keurig because there’s cockroaches everywhere. Can't wait to leave here. This place should be condemned. Obnoxious neighbors and negligent property manager (Alena Mullen) Twice my emails have been "lost" in her junk folder, and now she doesn't respond. My mailbox is exposed to the public without a locking door, the hot water looks like milk, refrigerator leaks water, found a mouse on april 7th, there's random holes drilled in ceiling, the list goes on.
I’ve lived at these apartments for almost a year and still have the same maintenance requests that have been ignored for months. It’s incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone to deal with them. Not only that but when they came to put in new carpet in the hallways, they took out the washing machines and disconnected the dryers just to not put anything back/back together once they were done.
