A great 55+ manufactured homes community. 2 club houses, 2 pools, beautiful lawns,streets, etc. Ice cream, pie and cake, and pot luck dinner every month. 12 minutes from any of 3 beaches. Daytona, Ormond or New Smyrna. Fantastic location. Walmart and Sam's within 5 minutes. Close to all restaurants,stores,walgreens,cvs,etc.
