My sister went to get her vacuum cleaner serviced and upon her return, the owner told her that he did not have her vacuum and that the receipt was incorrect. After looking around the location, she was able to spot her $2000 vacuum cleaner with a $49.95 sticker on it and it still had her name and telephone number on it. When she brought this up to him, he became enraged and threw her vacuum cleaner and told her to leave. I will not recommend this company or service to anyone!
In the 30 years we've lived in our home no one has done as thorough a job cleaning our rugs and carpets than this company! They even cleaned our sofa and chairs. The staff is extremely well trained and courteous, and even move everything for us! Can't say enough good things about this company and its outstanding service...thank you Sam!
