There was a hiccup/issue with the cleaning of our carpets. The owner and her son were kind and respectful and took care of the issue. I am giving 5 stars for their attitudes and willingness to listen while we worked together to come to a fair and satisfactory resolve.
I had them come out and clean my dryer vent at my salon, they were very polite and professional. Quick, clean, and we didn’t even know they were there. They also got me in quick which was much appreciated! 100% recommend! Also the price you simply can’t beat!
Colonial Cleaning is great. Staff are friendly and they do a great job. They are flexible with my schedule too, which was great. I recommend them.
Cannot say enough about Colonial Cleaning! We will never use any other company for our carpet cleaning! Not only do they do a great job but they are prompt, professional, friendly and so easy to deal with! Not only that-previously we had to call them with a carpet emergency, and they sent someone out right away and took care of us seamlessly! Do not hesitate-just call Colonial!
