Colonial Cleaning offers excellent service. They do a great job cleaning and they are so fair and accommodating. Maxine once even suggested I go elsewhere for my window cleaning needs, saying another company was cheaper and had better tools for my circumstances. I would trust her totally!
I had reached out for a deep clean and carpet cleaning in the fall of 2022. The two 20 something boys that came to clean my carpet did a horrific job. My carpet was let way too wet which caused a mildew smell and they pulled my carpet causing damage. I had wanted a deep clean after the death of my cat and carpet cleaning on the same day. There was a hiccup/issue with the cleaning of our carpets. The owner and her son were kind and respectful and took care of the issue. I am giving 5 stars for their attitudes and willingness to listen while we worked together to come to a fair and satisfactory resolve.
