After our move out clean, we were pretty disappointed with the outcome, however they did reach out with great customer service wanting to make things right, with clear communication. This was very much appreciated!

Absolute worst move out cleaning. The appliances were all dirty still. The baseboard and windowsills were not cleaned. The carpets had stains even though we paid for professional carpet cleaning. There was dust all over the walls still. $600 was a lot to spent for it to look as bad as it does and have to re-clean after them. When I messaged the owner about the quality I got no reply.

I’ve been using them for a couple of years and love them! I’ve used them for cleaning, carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning! I highly recommend!

Interviewed them. We requested 1. Same time, same day same person. 2.asked they use our vacuum/ cleaning products We were sent different cleaners 3 times. One showed up at 8:30 am unannounced. They used their own equipment and one reeked of smoke and took smoking breaks outside. I called to voice my complaints but never received a callback. Beware

The staff of Colonial Cleaning are amazing! The kindest, most courteous, professional cleaners show up monthly to take care of my small office space. They always do a fabulous job!
