Great interaction with owner and clerk. Will be back. Was happy being new to community that they have wash dry and fold.
Horrible customer service. The little girl working the counter could not stay off of her phone long enough to handle 3 customers, not to mention she wearing her earbuds and could not hear me to take my information. It took 6 days to press a shirt and pants. When I went to pick up my items, I got the same experience as when I dropped them off. She was listening to her music, could not hear me, and I was not even greeted walking the door. I will never go back there. If I could give zero stars I would.
This dry cleaning place is actually now called Osbons Cleaners. They did a very nice job dry cleaning my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I was recently in. They hung it up, placed it in plastic, and charged a reasonable price.
Great fast service.
Way too expensive. They wanted $37 to launder And press 10 shirts. Also, the girl attendant is rude and have absolutely no customer service. The lobby looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years.
