I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the work that was given. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, and ask questions to ensure the placing of our patches were correct. You can tell that they took pride in the quality of the work that they performed. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
I would just to say that I was soooo pleased with the work they did on my dress as I had a wedding to attend. I had a cap on the back of the dress and I had them take it off and put a back sleeve in it. It was in time time and she did an amazing work in it as I go so much compliments on it. Also my Husband took his suit coat to get it hemmed in the sleeves and she did a great job on it as well. They are so prompt and will have it done in a quick manner. They are amazing! I started taking my uniforms to them a couple a months ago and they come out great every time. This last week I had a uniform inspection, after telling them, they took the time to make sure my uniform was the best it’s ever looked! Their return time is fantastic when I need my uniform back a day or two later. I’ll continue coming for the foreseeable future
They did an amazing job with altering my daughter‘s prom dress and steaming it. There was a slight delay in processing, and they made it up to me by giving me complementary services, which I really appreciated. I will definitely continue to be their customer for years to come. Very professional and courteous. I can’t thank them enough for being so professional and respectable When doing business.

Graciela was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. The alterations were done beautifully and fit perfectly.
