RecommendedDefinitely gr8 job cleaning inside of my car
First time service was ok. Ok at best. Had to ask them of they did a couple things and they didn't. Went again today and the kid cleaning is not nice. Slammed the brush against my car every time. Another customer ended up cleaning her own car cause they only had one worker. I pulled into a spot for detailing and I reversed in. He asked me what the F*** I was doing and to turn around. this placee keeps going down hill. they used to perform a good sevice at a good price. rates went up and service dropped. ive been going here for years and over the last year the quality has gone down hill. i just left from getting their ultimate package which is a wash and interior clean. my vehicle was not rinsed of all soap and the undercarriage wash wasnt working. i proceded to watch the detailers wander around my vehicle talking to eachother with a rag in 1 hand and the other in a pocket. i had to ask them to vaccum cer... read more
I looked it up and it said it closed at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:06 and was told that I could get my car washed but not vacuumed because they were closed for that service. Apparently they are only full service to 5:00pm.
I was stuck in the carwash for 10 to 15 minutes. Called their store phone 6 times and laid on the horn finally had to call the police department to get me out.
Got my car detailed there, paid $100 and it took about an hour and a half. When I went to go pick it up, they handed me my keys and sent me away, no asking if it was satisfactory or any other conversation, it was literally "here's your keys, bye" I got in the car and there was still dog hair in the car even though I paid for the whole car to be detailed, and the windshield is dirtier than when I left it.
