Came in today for oil change/tire rotation. Kimberly handled my service today. She was very pleasant and very professional. Very pleased with today's service
Walked this morning to request service. I was asked if I had an appointment and I said no. I was then told it would take several days for me to be seen due to staffing. However your website shows I could have made an appointment as early as tomorrow. When I agreed to leave the vehicle the service person reemphasized that he would not be able to “look” at the vehicle for the 3 days. For that I responded that I’d take my vehicle to Rick Hendricks.
