Colonial Bouquet website is very easy to use. My family was choosing 3 arrangements for my brother's funeral on a Saturday evening. Since we are from out of town it meant a great deal to actually see pictures of the arrangements. I also left a message on their phone line requesting a call to confirm order. Early Sunday I received a call not only confirming our order but offering a suggestion since one of the pieces would not have been appropriate.
