The crew came out and put up the most gorgeous shed. I had several questions and they addressed them immediately. I felt like I was being treated as royalty.
My wife a I were looking to replace our old barn/shed, after looking around at other companies we decided on Emerlin. They came to our home and showed us all the options that were available. I purchased a shed from them in 2018. I have a ten year warranty so when Dominion Energy told me we had to move our shed I panicked. Luckily Brian at Emerlin Custom Sheds walked me through the process. My shed has already been moved to comply with Dominion Energy easement laws. Thanks to Brian, Clint and Jonathan for a job well done. My shed still looks new and was moved efficiently. Its a solid piece of workmenship that has stood the test of time. This company took a deposit for work and never completed the work. They will not return the money, nor will they complete the work. Beware!! Do NOT do business with them
This is a painful process. The concrete work was sloppy. Multiple failed inspections for minor issues. The build crew was great. Realize it won’t be like you see on TV.
