I purchased a shed from them in 2018. I have a ten year warranty so when Dominion Energy told me we had to move our shed I panicked. Luckily Brian at Emerlin Custom Sheds walked me through the process. My shed has already been moved to comply with Dominion Energy easement laws. This company took a deposit for work and never completed the work. They will not return the money, nor will they complete the work. Beware!! Do NOT do business with them
This is a painful process. The concrete work was sloppy. Multiple failed inspections for minor issues. The build crew was great. Realize it won’t be like you see on TV.
It was a blessing for me to have worked with Blake. He have been on point when it came to me working out the details for my toolshed.
