This is a painful process. The concrete work was sloppy. Multiple failed inspections for minor issues. The build crew was great. Realize it won’t be like you see on TV.
It was a blessing for me to have worked with Blake. He have been on point when it came to me working out the details for my toolshed.
Emerlin did an amazing job with our small custom shed. Blake did a great job at matching the paint for our HOA and Tim was great at making sure everything ran smoothly. Emerlin uses top quality products and delivered our shed as well as tore down the old one and hauled it away. I highly recommend this company as the top shed company in Tidewater.
After a few weeks of research and viewing sheds, we finally chose Emerlin to build our shed. We worked with Daniel to finalize our custom design and the location of the shed. After our consultation, we decided on a 12x18 shed with two lofts, a workbench, and a shelf. The shed had to match the house siding and roofing, per our HOA…and it looks perfect!
