They are as all the positive reviews say: efficient, reasonable, quality, informative, friendly. For me it's also a plus when I can talk to the mechanic and get practical advise. Dealer service advisors don't and can't provide that expert service you get from talking to the actual mechanic.
I had a great experience here today! My car’s A/C wasn’t blowing cold air, so especially with the hot weather, I really appreciated their ability to accommodate a same-day appointment. Jon and Narida were both efficient and very friendly. This has definitely become my go-to auto repair shop for any future needs—highly recommend!
Colonial is my go to place. They’ve taken care of all my vehicles for years and the service is always top notch. Plus Ms Narida, the owner, is just so kind! Their prices are always fair and their work is solid. I was so happy to find mechanics and an auto repair shop I could trust!
