We recently purchased a new 2026 Airstream from Colonial Airstream. This is our third RV and first Airstream. The entire team from Colonial has been professional and courteous. The purchase, orientation and followthrough has been the best we have experienced. A special shoutout to Patrick Botticelli for his persistence and honesty and Paul Botticelli, in the parts department, for helping me find and order custom parts from Airstream. Colonial is a class act.
On our way back to Wisconsin, while driving westbound on Florida State Highway 10 (about an hour east of Tallahassee), a large bus passed us and created a powerful wind gust/suction. The force was strong enough to blow one of our Airstream’s plexiglass windows right out of its frame, where it shattered on the highway. We just purchased our first travel trailer and Airstream from Colonial. I cannot express how absolutely wonderful the entire staff is. From sales to orientation to service, they all far and above exceeded expectations. We count ourselves lucky to live close to this dealership. I realize people travel quite far to purchase and have their Airstreams serviced, this place is why. Do not hesitate to visit for sales or bring your rig here for service. You will not be disappointed.
I have ordered parts for our 2002 Safari multiple times and have been extremely satisfied with their customer service. This Airstream was originally purchased at this dealership by our friends.
We just purchased the Airstream Flying Cloud, and the entire experience was amazing. Joe Welches, was more than thorough when giving us the walkthrough, class! He made everything easy to understand, and is very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff! He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
