I don't generally spend time on reviews, but our experience with Colonial Airstream has been so incredible... from original purchase, to follow-up questions, to help with parts, etc.... that I feel compelled to share our experience. Truly one of the best customer experiences I've ever encountered. Keep it up....
The newer parts people are always to busy to answer any questions and won't even look up from their computer. I love my Flying Cloud but getting service here sucks. Also wished they had more variety in the parts store. I went to buy a power watch dog wifi surge protector in 30amp and they only had the old models so i ended up going to another rv shop that had them in stock in my travels.
Colonial Airstream parts department was fabulous! Paul went aboveboard finding what we needed and overnight shipping it to us. Thank you so very much!
