A huge shout out to Colonial Airstream and all their staff. After a recent purchase of a used Airstream we experienced a small issue with with the charging system. The service department had us bring the trailer in and after a couple of days a faulty solar switch was identified and replaced free of charge. Since then the trailer has worked perfectly and has no charging issues. It's great to see a company stand behind their product and make things right. We bought a used 2017 Bambi here in July 2026, and had an absolutely lovely experience. Every single employee we worked with at Colonial was kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable (many have their own Airstreams, which helps a lot!) On the sales side, we worked with THE Patrick Botticelli (of YouTube fame 😂. Colonial Airstream is always reliable and efficient. We encounter them first at the Airstream Rally in York where they were extremely helpfull to all participants. This time, I urgently needed spare parts for the Airstream, while traveling, and I did not hesitate in contacting them. As anticipated, they were able to help me by shipping the needed parts.
