I would give zero starts if I could. They will not trim the over grown trees or fix the streetlights or the potholes. The water is off more often than not. They don't treat the trailers that have cockroach infestation before they tear them down so roaches scatter and infest other people's homes. Traffic from drug deals go on all night long. And the theft is out of control. They are more concerned about putting brand new trailers in than the residents health and safety. It's trashy here.
It took over 6months to finally see our beautiful home. When we moved in the thermostat wasn't programmed right, the central air wasn't hooked up and took about a week week and half and my kitchen and dining room had no working outlets. However even with them things the ladies in the office have been amazing and super courteous to our needs.
