Outstanding personnel with excellent repair service at a fair price. I would highly recommend this bicycle shop to anyone with new or used equipment seeking service or repair. Furthermore, excellent selection of new equipment at a fair price. I have always walked away impressed and happy as a customer.
Sales staff and mechanics were very friendly, knowledgeable and asked all the right questions. The shop is well organized, and things were easy to find, all in a fun, inviting atmosphere. Truly a great bike shop, staffed by good folks!
Great store. Better service. I came into the store with a flat tire, broken tube, and shoes that wouldn't clip into my pedals. Nate helped me with all of my issues and more. Not only did he fix the tire but he showed me how to pump it up correctly. After that, he set my bike up on the trainer so I could safely learn to clip in. These guys were so great. They were more than willing to spend time answering questions, fitting and letting me demo various models. Ultimately they set me up with a bike they were handling on consignment, when they could easily have sold me a new bike for 2X. This is how you hoped your LBS would be.

I'm rather new to the cycling world. The staff here at Colonel's were a big help, instructing me on getting prep'd and ready to start. They showed all the necessary tools I will need and even showed me what they did. Gus was friendly and courteous; even sharing stories of his experiences as a cyclist. I recommend Colonel's to cycling enthusiasts looking for a great deal.

The entire crew at Colonel's is AWESOME. I highly suggest Colonel's for all of your cycling needs. Aubrey, JD, and Nate along with the rest of the crew provide EXCELLENT customer service.
