Perhaps if the staff spent less time on in-office romances, the management would run more efficiently.

They'll convince you it's a great place and the first year for my loved one it was nice. But, as time went on, the neglect began. It's sad to say that unless you and your family can rotate visits every day around the clock. Your loved one will be neglected and only get attention when they get in a critical state of being from the neglect. I'm speaking from experience if you chose this place, starting now building a strong support team. It's the only way your loved one will survive.
