I went to get a blood test and had he pleasure of seeing the secretary of the medical clinic. One of the kindest most genuine people I have seen. All her customer interactions were amazing. 14/7 sat morning. She needs a pay rise and I don’t even go to the clinic myself.
Dr Carl Leong has been my GP since Dr Solomon retired but haven't seen him after he made a terrible referral, but still my only GP. After booking on Monday, desperate for a consult- 1 hour before my Wed appointment, I was told I am no longer his patient and won't see me. They refused to rebook me and suggest I go elsewhere. AFTER I WAITED 2DAYS?! Absolutely disgusting- will be making complaints to everyone. Never go here.
I went in for a blood test and had such a great experience. The staff were welcoming and kind, and although I walked in just as they were about to close on Saturday, they still accepted me without hesitation. The lady who did my blood test was so outgoing and lovely to chat to, which really helped put me at ease. She was incredibly skilled and I barely even felt the pinch! I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but they were so efficient and friendly that I just wanted to say thanks. I really appreciate the great service!
Dr Leong and all of the doctors and staff are the best family doctors in South Australia. Do not waste your time seeing evasive medical practitioners, come to Colonel Light medical centre. It will be worth the visit.
