Colonel built a raised paver patio for us that failed, owner brought his team and they fixed it but has not spoken 1 word to us about it. I feel like we were more than gracious when the quartz countertop for the bar was put in wrong, because NO ONE from Colonel was there when it was installed incorrectly. We figured out a solution (not ideal, but ok) so they would not have to redo the entire bar.
