I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at Colonair! They are so responsive and helpful!! From moving and needing a new homeowners policy, to adding and subtracting vehicles, to claims…they have been right there for me and my family! When I am stressed about our insurance needs, I know I can trust they are working on it! Krissy, Maryanne and Tracey are the best!
Tracey went above and beyond to help me in a crucial situation when insurance needed to be added to a vacant house after the previous insurance company cancelled the insurance since the homeowner passed away. The insurance agent that was previously insuring the home didn't want to do anything whatsoever to help me but Tracey stepped up and got everything taken care of for me promptly. Highly recommend this agency.
