Tracey went above and beyond to help me in a crucial situation when insurance needed to be added to a vacant house after the previous insurance company cancelled the insurance since the homeowner passed away. The insurance agent that was previously insuring the home didn't want to do anything whatsoever to help me but Tracey stepped up and got everything taken care of for me promptly.
