I will not rest until this place is sanctioned. I already have them under investigation and each office member has had their files flagged by state and federal officials. The list of charges they face is getting longer every day. They may have abandoned the practice and their patients but I guarantee that this is not over!
Superb in every way. Dr. Royer was thoughtful, thorough and explained my results from colonoscopy and endoscopy with care and compassion. The prep nurses were outstanding as well. Very caring and so comforting. Secretaries and all top notch. Definitely all the very best around.
I have been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and am still awaiting tests to be performed. I have been unable to get tests in a timely manner as the wait time has been over a month. I had a flair-up today and have been in excurtiating pain. I called the NP in which I saw, because you will wait 4-6 months to see a MD. I called 4 times and left 2 messages on the patient portal. The check in personnel were not helpful or welcoming. The medical assistant had her AirPods in the whole time and forgot all the answers that I gave to her questions. The NP saw me for about 3 minutes and interrupted me when I was trying to tell her my symptoms. I felt very disrespected and uncared for.
This review should have been done last year. Last year V. Fitzgerald and Dr. Amman worked with me until they arrived at a diagnosis. Dr. Amman did not spend a lot of time with me at visits and post visits, but he was efficient...always to the point, answering all my questions, and very thorough. My questions to both of them on My Chart have always been answered in a timely manner. Prescription refills have always been sent in less than 2 days, again via My Chart. very bad experience with virginia beach office being a type1 diabetic would not tell anyone to use this office they really need to update procedures
