Dr. Santiago is a wonderful surgeon and person, and I have nothing but the highest regard for her. However, her office staff - Terri in particular are rude, unprofessional and incompetent and do Dr. Santiago and her patients a terrible disservice. I was initially a self-pay patient, I repeatedly asked for a statement or invoice prior to payment, I might as well have asked them to climb Mt. Everest.
