I should have known something was wrong at my first visit because me and other patients were standing outside waiting for the door to be unlocked along with the receptionist that did not have a KEY! This is the most unprofessional place ever!!!! I have had 2 different doctors to reach out to Dr. Khan’s office. They will not answer the phone or even return voicemails. Please do not go to this location if you value communication and professionalism from your doctor!
I don't typically write reviews and it takes a lot to get me to leave negative feedback but this has been nightmare trying to get my billing for a colonoscopy corrected and nobody seems to want to help. I am still receiving bills for the anesthesia portion of the claim and the company that they use to provide anesthesia is very hard to work with. I do not recommend.
Good luck getting someone to answer the phone or call you back. Moving on.
I’ve been calling for weeks. 30 times in the last 2 days. No one ever answers and they rarely ever call you back. If they call back, it will be many hours later while you are at work and they just tell you to call them back. I guess you just have to drive there to schedule anything.
My LPN was amazing and kind.
