From the Greeter desk, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Phebotomists are all as super nice and caring as Dr. Andrea Ferrara. He had been my granddaughter's surgeon at ORMC Downtown and we wanted to stay with him. He has hands that may have embroidered as his stitches are tiny and healed rapidly being so tiny.
Very caring Doctor, nice front desk girls too!!
