I had a colonoscopy here by Dr Granato in 2021. They cancelled my follow up appointment after that and did not clarify anything. They just said there was no sign of Crohns. Its 4 years later and I have gone from doctor to doctor. I missed one appointment after they cancelled my follow up and they refuse to see me now. I have a very large hypertrophied papillae now after a bad fissure back in 2021- I needed a blood transfusion from it. I was so impressed by staff and Doctor. Friendly and attentive to make sure I was comfortable and understood my procedure. I would highly recommend this practice. Definitely a 5 star rating.
I had a little wait maybe 25 min after my appointment time but I was not in a hurry. The NP is very professional and treated and diagnosed me properly. I would reccomend this place to friends and family. Good environment and great staff.
