Gilbert did a full roof replacement for me and it turned out great! He was responsive not only before the contract was signed, but after and throughout the job. My roof had both a steep pitch and large flat areas and he took care of both. Even though I didn't ask, he gave a walk through at the end of every day. Was a nice touch! He was very fair on repairs for the unseen damage. I have already told others about him. Hope to not need his services in the future but if I do, he'll be my first call.
Gilberto and his guys are some seriously hard working dudes. Gilberto came to investigate some water intrusion at our house, and he helped us to identify whether it was windows or deck or roof. He put plastic on our roof in the front section where we had the most damage to see if that improved the problem. It rained a day later very heavily and we found that very little water came in, indicating a roof problem. We opted to replace the roof due to its age and our suspicion of multiple leaks. Gilbert did fantastic work and communicated with me through the whole process. I only needed fascia replaced, which I guess technically not all roofers are willing to do since its carpentry work, but he did an exceptional job. I wanted to retain the scalloped edge that was there previously and he bought a jig saw specifically for the job. I couldn't be happier.
