Dr. Chang is the prototype of a doctor who exemplifies what I had hoped for. He has superb rapport and excellent listening skills. He understood my concerns prior to and throughout the procedure and gave me feedback that helped me make informed decisions about moving forward. As a result I developed the utmost confidence with our shared decision making. The office and staff functioned as a well run machine that only furthered my trust in Dr. Chang and the practice.
