I met with Dr. Marco Ferrara in 2024 for a cancer diagnosis and found him to be kind, motivated, knowledgeable, and a consummate professional. His team assuaged my concerns and I am grateful for their care.
This is a difficult review to write. Dr Marco Ferrara is a fantastic Doctor and surgeon. Very knowledgeable and just all around a great doctor. Unfortunately his office staff is the absolute worst. They alone made the last year, while going through a very difficult journey, worse then it had to be. Very rude. Very unprofessional. When i call i am constantly interrupted while speaking. I was referred here by my medtronic rep after I had done the trial interstim. Another doctor was supposed to do the permanent surgery but he was absolutely awful and I couldn't have him do the surgery. My rep referred me to Dr. Soliman and I met with him yesterday. He is absolutely amazing. I know I will be in the right hands when I get my surgery. He is friendly, down to earth, competent, caring, and so much more. I'm so glad my rep referred me to him!!!!
Dr Soliman is the surgeon you want to have. I felt very comfortable under his capable hands. Follow up visits to this doctor have been exceptional and you always have the full support of his entire staff.
