This is the best medical appointment I've ever been to. The doctor and his entire staff are extremely kind and caring. Highly recommend.
This is not my first time having this issue but once again today, I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 45 minutes from my scheduled time to be brought back. No updates from reception and when I approached them after 35 minutes there was no sense of empathy or apology, just a to the point response of "there is one more patient ahead of you".
