This is not my first time having this issue but once again today, I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait 45 minutes from my scheduled time to be brought back. No updates from reception and when I approached them after 35 minutes there was no sense of empathy or apology, just a to the point response of "there is one more patient ahead of you". clean Office professional experience.
Poor scheduling. Had a 3pm appt. Arrived 15 min early. Waited in the waiting room for 1 hr 15 before going to the back. Waited another 15 before we left. Did not see my pregnant wife for an hour and a half when we had a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. They said this is their practice. HUH! Overbooking and making ppl wait. No thanks. Won't be back and do not recommend. Maybe this was a bad day but thats how you lose business.
