I recommend that you not use this firm for preparation of estate planning documents. I met with Charlotte-Anne Alexandet on January 25, 2022 to discuss preparation of estate planning documents for me. Today is September 5, 2022, almost seven and a half months later. I still have not received my documents and do not know when to expect them. Lynda
I would have to agree with other reviewers that this firm does a very poor job of professionally communicating with potential clients asking for legal services. I am very put off with their effort to respond to my request for services. They only communicate by email. They do not return phone calls. This firm is NOT welcoming at all, especially to a potential new client. It has the air of arrogance about it. Even their phone receptionist is rude.
